SHIPMENTS

Goodness Cart orders are delivered across the UAE by our temperature-controlled fleet, six days a week. During Ramadan, orders received before 1pm will be delivered before 10pm the next day. As we don’t deliver on Fridays, orders received after 1pm on Wednesdays – will be delivered on Saturday.

Our minimum order ranges from AED 75 to AED 100, depending on your location and the shipper. You’ll be show the minimum order and any delivery costs when you check out.

Your chosen shipper will send you a message on your delivery day to remind you that your items are on the way.

Ideally, there should be someone available to accept delivery of your order. If no one’s going to be around, please select unattended delivery at check out, and we’ll be sure to package your items to stay fresh for at least two hours after drop-off.

We’re afraid we’re not able to leave deliveries with neighbors or security since the goods are perishable. The delivery driver will wait for five minutes from arrival before leaving the goods at your door for collection. We're sorry, but we can’t accept responsibility for any spoilage that results from no one being able to accept delivery of your items.

Also, please remember that we are not a physical retailer, so it’s not possible to collect your orders from us.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If any product you order is unavailable, we’ll let you know by email and you won’t be charged.

If a product is delivered damaged, it can be returned immediately to the driver who delivers your order. For damaged products that are returned on delivery, a refund form needs to be completed and a refund will be processed to the card that was used to place the order. Products cannot be returned or replaced after the driver has left.

If a product is unavailable, we will inform you via email and your card will not be charged for the products that are unavailable.

If ever you receive the wrong items, or if any items are missing from your delivery, please email us at care@goodnesscart.com (or log on to goodnesscart.com and use our 24-hour live chat window) and we’ll put it right.

Unfortunately, once you have placed an order we cannot accept cancellations.

All refunds will be processed by Goodness Cart immediately, but can take up to 14 working days to be credited to your account.

 

WARRANTY

All electronics, kitchenware and apparel listed on Goodness Cart are manufactured to the highest quality and craftsmanship standards. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or otherwise imperfect goods, please let us know straight away by emailing care@goodnesscart.com

Most of the items we sell are covered by a one-year warranty (although this does depend on the manufacturer’s terms). Please make sure that you keep a copy of your payment receipt.
